John Robinson
CEO
John has been a dedicated professional in the IT industry since 1998, bringing decades of expertise and innovation to the field. In 2001, he took a bold step by launching his own IT business. “When I started, my goal was to develop a lifestyle business and create a work environment that was fun, stress-free, challenging, and rewarding for my team and myself,” he shares, reflecting his commitment to nurturing a positive and thriving workplace culture.
Outside of his professional endeavors, John is an active presence in the community, often spotted at networking events, galas, and golf tournaments. When he’s not engaging with peers or clients, he enjoys spending quality time with his children, relaxing, or honing his skills at the grill—perfecting the art of a perfectly cooked steak.
Ernie Sherman
President
Ernie Sherman brings more than two decades of leadership experience in the managed IT services industry. In 1998, he founded Fuelled Networks and successfully grew the company into one of Ottawa’s most respected boutique managed service providers, known for its strong client relationships, operational discipline, and deep expertise in cybersecurity and Microsoft cloud technologies.
In December 2025, Fuelled Networks merged with Intega, marking an important milestone in the growth of both organizations. As President of Intega, Ernie plays a key role in guiding the company’s operational strategy and helping shape the next phase of its evolution. His focus includes strengthening service delivery, expanding cybersecurity capabilities, and advancing the company’s adoption of artificial intelligence and automation to deliver greater value to clients.
Abiola Smith
Director of Service Delivery
Abiola Smith is a Service Manager with six years of experience building and leading technical teams to solve complex, often seemingly impossible problems through technology. With a background in Computer Science, Abiola developed an early appreciation for the satisfaction that comes from thoughtful problem resolution and the impact it has on the end user. This mindset continues to shape her leadership style today.
Clients and colleagues describe Abiola as knowledgeable and deliberate, with a strong focus on consistency and transparency. A CISSP‑certified security professional, Abiola is particularly passionate about mentoring technicians, supporting their growth, and fostering teams that deliver secure, reliable solutions with confidence and clarity.
Jason Brown
Director of Client Experience
Jason has been in the IT and managed services industry for over 20 years, building a career defined by one consistent thread: putting the client at the centre of everything. Now stepping into the role of Director of Client Experience, Jason brings deep expertise in service delivery, client operations, and team leadership.
Jason believes that consistency builds trust, and that trust is the foundation of customer experience. That philosophy has guided his work at every level. He brings that same sense of ease and connection to every client relationship, making people feel heard, valued, and genuinely taken care of.
Patricia Brynaert
Director of Administration
With a career in the Managed Services Provider (MSP) industry dating back to 1995, Patricia brings over three decades of experience in operations, client service, and business coordination. She has played a key role in supporting efficient day-to-day operations, streamlining workflows, and strengthening client relationships.
Known for her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Patricia ensures teams are well-supported and operations run smoothly. She also brings valuable experience in account management, acting as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams.
Dorothy Wollenschlager

As vCIO, Dorothy helps our clients form their IT roadmap and ensure that their technology needs meet their business needs. With almost a decade of IT expertise, Dorothy’s experience extends from working with small businesses to overseeing IT transformations for enterprise organizations while advising clients on the overall health of their IT infrastructure.
Kristy McKenna
Business Account Manager
Kristy focuses on understanding the unique business challenges of our clients and leveraging technology for optimal results. Whether building new relationships or expanding existing ones, she uses a solution-based approach to ensure excellent product fit and client satisfaction.
With over a decade of experience in customer success and her previous experience in the Managed Services space, Kristy is able to guide our clients along an IT roadmap to success. Transparent partnerships are what she does best! When she’s not helping solve client problems, you’ll find Kristy on the hiking trails or working out at her local CrossFit gym.

Carlos oversees a dedicated group of support specialists, ensuring exceptional client service and seamless day-to-day IT support. With a hands-on approach, he actively engages onsite with clients to lead specialized technology projects, delivering tailored solutions to help our clients succeed.
